DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

UMG requires delivery of the following for each recording:

• MULTITRACK (DAW SESSION & FILES)
• STEMS
• ​MAIN MIX
• INSTRUMENTAL
• A CAPPELLA
• TV MIX

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Audio Resolution target for all UMG deliverables is 96 kHz / 24-bit or above
• Do not upsample or downsample any files, they must retain their original resolution
• All elements delivered should be of the same length and match the final stereo Main Mix
• Where applicable, deliveries must include elements for all final versions created (e.g. explicit, clean, radio, etc.)
• Properly prepared mix stems are imperative. Please include clean stems if explicit in content. Please refer to the Best Practices page linked below for more information.  

DELIVERY TIMING AND INSTRUCTIONS

• Pre-mastered assets should be delivered for verification at the time they’re sent to mastering
• Please reach out to your UMG label contact for a project-specific upload link or instructions for physical asset delivery (tapes, hard drives)
